Hi there! In order to make sure you understand what’s happening when you sign up for my email list, as well as how your data is stored, I’ve put together this privacy policy.

The Mamma’s List is compliant with the GDPR regulations that affect data capture and storage in the EU, and if you ever have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.

  • I (Carly) collect your email address as well as name for the sole purpose of bringing you all the amazing information on my site. I’ll be sending you updates on relevant things like my latest posts, product recommendations, and information that I think might be interesting or relevant to you.
  • I hold my lists on secure webmail platforms and don’t share them with anyone else. I’ll never sell or give away your personal information.
  • I don’t specifically market to anyone within the EU, but I’m happy to have anyone on my list who enjoys my content.
  • Once you opt into my email list or download a free resource, I’ll keep your email and information until you unsubscribe, or I deem you to be an inactive user.
  • At any time you have the right request access, rectification, and erasure of all your information. Just shoot me a note.
  • You can also unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time and all your information will be removed. There are unsubscribe buttons at the bottom of each email or you can email me directly at carly {at} themammaslist {dot} com.

What personal data we collect and how we collect it

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

In an effort to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can click this “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link and email me directly. Please write do not sell my personal information in the subject box, and I will mark you as tagged in my email service provider.

If and when you select “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” you will be marked as opt-out. Therefore, you can be sure that your personal information and in general data collected on you will never be sold. 

Businesses won’t discriminate against the consumer

If you choose to request that we never sell your information, in accordance with CCPA, we will not and cannot discriminate against you for this. You will have access to the same services and price as everyone else.

Do not provide your name, address, phone number or any payment information.
